A former judge of the New York State Workers Compensation Board and acknowledged by the NY Workers Compensation Bar Association with a lifetime achievement award for his decades of practice in that area.


Robert has litigated ground breaking cases in Workers Compensation. He was recently the first to establish and prove a death benefit claim for the widow of a healthcare worker who died from COVID after expose at work. His expertise allows us to seamlessly coordinate cases where we handle both the Compensation claim and third party lawsuit for an injured worker. He has also obtained millions of dollars in awards for 9/11 survivors and responders who suffered illness after exposure in the downtown zone on or following the 9/11 tragedy."
